If you want to, you could buy a very low quality plastic spring pistol on Ebay.com that shoots about 20ft. These will cost a few dollars. However, airsoft guns can cost anywhere from a couple dollars to $3,500. Guns at this high price range are exclusive, like the echo 1 minigun. However there is everything in between. For $80-$150 you can get very good airsoft guns that are decent quality.

If you're talking about being shot with an airsoft gun outside of an airsoft event. I'm pretty sure there is no charge for that unless there is terror involved, as in, someone robbing you with an airsoft gun, in which case they've got a lot more to be worried about then shooting you with a 6mm plastic bb.

Airsoft guns could be very cheap, or very expensive. I got mine at Big 5 for $20 and it came with 10,000 be-bes

if you are under 18 i doubt there will be any legal action apart from a stern talking to. if you are over 18 though and the victim presses charges you can be charged with assault at the least
