One thing I hate to do in disagreement is to engage in shouting matches. It often escalates the conflict rather than resolving it, leading to hurt feelings and misunderstandings. I prefer calm discussions where both sides can express their views respectfully. Ultimately, I believe it's more productive to find common ground instead of raising voices.
