fps means feet per second the fps (feet per second) is usually more than 120
edit: The "feet per second" refers to the muzzle velocity of the gun, or the speed of an airsoft BB exiting the barrel. Since the muzzle velocity is different depending on the weight of the BB, make sure to check what weight of BB the muzzle velocity was measured with. Often, airsoft sellers will measure the muzzle velocity with a lighter BB to make the airsoft gun sound more powerful, so you may want to ask what the muzzle velocity is for the weight of BB you are going to use.
Many airsoft parks will not allow airsoft guns (other than sniper rifles) to have a muzzle velocity significantly over 400 feet per second, so it is important to know if the gun is too powerful to use. Also, anything with a muzzle velocity under 175 fps will not launch BB's very far.
go for the m14, unless its cheap looking.
Well, the legal FPS for an airsoft gun is 450, but you can get snipers, AEG's, etc. that run up to 600 FPS and beyond.
It has 450 fps
No way! you could get arrested your self because he could press charges and by the way I have a 750 fps airsoft gun there are no laws on an airsoft gun fps
at minimum 330.
"1000000000000000000000 FPS it is sweet"? Morons have to much free time From what I can tell it is about 290 FPS. It looks a decent gun for the price. If you like this gun check out the Smith & Wesson M3000 Airsoft Shotgun.
You mean Air Rifle. Yes this is fine. Air rifles (Not AirSoft) usually fire between 500 FPS and 1200 FPS
For and airsoft gun. Yes that is 200 fps over the CQB limit
it depends on how many fps it has
340
In a BB gun (Not airsoft) this is considered very slow.
Depends on the FPS. If the gun is over 400 fps it can go threw a can. My friend has a 400 fps ak 47 and it can kill the can.
