A smart charger is a lot better for your airsoft batteries. It charges your batteries in less than half the time it would take for your batteries on a wall charger. They are also a lot better for your batteries because batteries have memory. Say you have 2000 mAh of energy inside your battery. You use it until it has 1500 mAh left. If you plug it into a standard wall charger, by the time it's done charging, you won't have 2000 mAh of energy, you will have 1500 mAh. A smart charger prevents this. A smart charger also goes on trickle charge when your battery is done charging, so your battery doesn't overcharge or overheat. Trickle charge is when the smart charger creates a equillibrium of battery to charger, so that the charger charges the battery at the same rate that the battery uses energy. To sum it all up: A smart charger is better for your batteries and charges them faster, without damaging them. I personally have one, and it is well worth the money. Also: mAh stands for milliamps. This is the amount of energy storage the battery has. The higher the mAh, the longer the shooting time.
Automatic fast chargers or automatic smart chargers charge airsoft batteries one cell at a time, fully charging the battery much quicker. Smart chargers also shut off automatically when the battery is finished charging, eliminating the guess work of standard trickle chargers. Many also have thermometers to monitor the temperature of the battery and make sure it doesn't get too hot.
Yes, once it is completely charged the smart charger will cut off power.
depending on what charger you use it could be from 4hrs with a wall charger to 10 minutes on a smart charger
I'm pretty confident, that its is just a crane stock battery. I would suggest taking it to your local Airsoft store for more information. As for the charger when you go to your Airsoft store just ask for a smart charger, any will work as long as it Nimh charger. I still strongly suggest going to a Airsoft store as I do not have nor have seen the gun.

You need to buy a smart charger or voltmeter to determine the charge of the battery.
About 4-5 hours. You can purchase a smart charger that has a light that turns green when the battery is fully charged as well.
This is a universal formula for charging airsoft batteries: (battery capacity (battery's mAh rating)/charger output (mA)) x 1.4(for NiCad batteries, 1.5 for NiMh batteries) = time (in hours). all the information to use this equation should be on the batteries and the charger. But if you want to make your life easier invest 20$ in a smart charger. A smart charger will tell you when your battery is done charging and you can leave the battery plugged into the charger for longer than it needs to be without frying it.
no, but it will damage the battery.
Well it's pretty bad I have gone through 2 battery's because I forgot it on the charger I now have a smart charger. I highly recommend getting one because they have a sensor that knows when the battery is charged.
One thing you have to be careful about with AEG's is how long you charge your battery. I don't know the answer but I am going to suggest a basic smart charger that will stop charging the battery once it is at max. A basic Smart Charger goes for about $20 but it is better than over charging a battery and breaking it.
Most airsoft guns have a battery and a charger.
yes
