It all depends on how far the story goes:
Spoilers;
Early on, Shulk,Reyn and Sharla are your best combo
Later on switch Reyn for Dunban I suggest once you get enough agility on him.
Adding Melia/Riki/7th is up to you.
I wouldn't have 7th or Dunban or Reyn in the same team, their roles are too similar
Shulk can be replaced by 7th if you feel like it.
Melia deals alot of damage and Riki gives DoT so if you plan to use Riki, keep him healed or get a tank..
There's alot of combinations, but i beat the final boss using Shulk,Dunban and Sharla
