How can you unfreeze a samsung E370?

we have the same problem with our optus samsungE250

phone says 'phone freezed'

we have tried buying a new sim card and ringing customer service (twice ) but the phone still says phone freezed and we can't use it

This is the best way. Reset the phone. Do this by typing in #*7337#. I'm not sure if you have to take out the sim card. I think you do. But if it doesn't work with it out put it in and type it in the password place!! Hope this helps. It worked for me. All your info should still be on, but the skin will go to black. :D

Most wireless phones can be unfroze by removing the battery from the unit. wait 2 minutes, and reinsert the battery. If you phone freezes itself again upon booting, you may have a serious problem with the phone itself, and should bring it to your carrier store.

What most people do is reset the phone as per owners manual. If that will not unfreeze phone then remove battery for a few minutes and put battery back. That should get the phone working properly. It is that or take phone to Sam-sung shop and ask them what they can do

This has happened to me many times. Try taking the battery out, putting it back in and switching it on. If this doesn't work you may need to contact your local technology advice centre or technology shop.

Try turning off the power then hold for 30 seconds then turn it on and it will work perfectly!
