Try Holding the Menu for 5 seconds or check if there is a reset option under setup menu
If your Kodak EasyShare C813 won't turn on, check if the batteries are charged and properly inserted. A faulty battery or poor connection can prevent the camera from powering up. Additionally, inspect for any damage or debris in the battery compartment and try using a different set of batteries. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may require professional servicing.
To put the Kodak C813 camera in flash mode, turn on the camera and locate the flash button, usually marked with a lightning bolt icon. Press this button to toggle between flash modes, which may include options like auto, fill, and off. Select the desired flash setting, and you should see an indicator on the screen confirming your choice. Ensure that the flash is charged before taking your photos.

No, even if you factory reset the Galaxy S4 it will not downgrade.
Short answer: you don't. Call Kodak for a replacement printer.I called Kodak support and it is an issue "under research". After a factory default settings reset didn't work (it did for one restart, but then the problem came back), they sent a replacement printer. Kodak paid all shipping, and didn't require sending in my unit first. Very reasonable response. No waiting to speak to support either. Quite impressed.
If you do a factory reset then yes you will loose everything.
