To add wallpaper to your acclaim, on your home screen press the menu button, on your phone that is the button above the arrow, and you will see add, wallpaper, settings, etc. Press wall paper, then pictures or wallpaper gallery and then go from there. Do not buy any live apps yet, they do not work at all on this phone. They may have an upgrade in the near future(per US Cellular).
