I own a Samsung r519, it does not have naitive bluetooth support, a usb bluetooth dongle can be used by connecting it to one of the three usb ports.
...the instruction manual says what to type in for the passkey. I can't remember what it was but it's in there.
If you're having a problem with your Samsung T249 and a Bluetooth headset, follow this troubleshooting guide. Ensure that both devices are fully charged and turned on. Turn off any other Bluetooth devices and phones that are nearby. From the phone's "Settings" menu, select Bluetooth. See if the phone is trying to connect to another device. If not, select "New" and locate your Bluetooth headset under the New Menu and select "Sync." If asked, the default PIN setting is "0000." The headset light will blink and then go steady to show that it's properly in sync with the Samsung T249.
