If you are looking for a used Sony Ericsson w850i you can pick one up off of Ebay for any where from 40 dollars to 150 dollars, depending on the amount of wear. Alternatively, you could purchase a brand new model from a number of different re-sellers ranging from 150 dollars all the way up to 300 dollars.
Most likely has a bad battery or a faulty wire within the phone. Would take it in to be repared.

no it is NOT touch screen i have it is a good fone but ofen turns itself off.
