He's know as a detail-minded perfectionist, who also sees the big trends and takes advantage of them.

He's an incredibly gifted public speaker, such that his persuasive powers are labeled a "Reality Distortion Field."

He is blunt and confrontational. He doesn't spare people's feelings.
