Hold down the end call button for like 10 seconds and then it'll come on. Well it all depnds because cricKet comes on like that Idk (I dontKnow) about verison, tmoblie, sprint and all those but CricKet does! :)

Make sure the battery has a sufficient charge for operation. Then press and hold the power button located near the top on the right side of the phone for at least 10 seconds then release.

The screen display should turn on and you'll first see the word Samsung in white letters (if the phone still has stock ROM features).
