You don't. Packet Tracer doesn't support pipes.

I'm not sure there are any more .pka files other than the Cisco Packet Tracer files, but you would need to have that app to use the file. Packet tracer is a network simulator for students in the Cisco Networking Academy.
Try "cisco" I'm not 100% certain though.
