Levi is pronounced 'LAYbee', unless, as a name, given its English pronunciation 'LEE-vy'.
Levi's 505 regular fit are more relaxed. The straight fit are more slimmer and sit at the waist an inch lower than the regular fit.
They are two different jeans companies.

First, the price. Lee jeans can usually be purchased for 1/3 less than Levi's. Second, the colors shades. The color of blue is different on Lee and Levi. Third, the cut. Lee's seem more straight cut while Levi's seems to have a little more room in the seat and a little more narrow in the cuff.
