The chief complaint is about wanting to cancel and having another month taken out. However, it is believed that this is more due to customer error, in that eharmony always sends out an advance notice about withdrawals, and means are available to cancel.
The BBB has reviewed those complaints, and finds them not "disproportionate" to the amount of business being done. In other words, it's all good.
