Umbrella Corporation. They are the primary pharmaceutical enterprise that caused the breakout of the T and G viruses into Raccoon City. After the bombing of Raccoon City on October 2nd in the morning, Umbrella's stocks crashed. In 2005, another pharmaceutical enterprise, known as Willpharma is the primary antagonist in Resident Evil:Degeneration the movie. One of the employees distributes the T virus into Harvardville Airport. Then, a 3rd pharmaceutical enterprise, known as Triccell is the primary antagonist in Resident Evil 5. One of the employees, Albert Wesker creates a virus called Ururabus. He gets it from the antibodies in Jill's body. So far, these are the only corporations that have done some damage.
