What will technology b like in the future?

In my opinion, science and technology will move towards fields like genetics. Since it is already being explored with branches such as nutrigenomics, this field would be useful in helping to cure genetic disorders such as dwarfism.

ahh my fav topic :) in fact i know the answer if current technology continues its path the next 50 years will be total radical and unknown most likely cell phones and phone calls will be integrated in to the brain, cars will either fly or become energy clean and no need for fuel if the ISS continues funding most likely install a shipyard to build ships PC's and laptops will become quantum powered rendering silicon CPU obsolete most lkely gunpowered weapons wil become plasma/laser based with railgun technologies improving weapons become powerful with active camoflage most likely planes and military vehicles will be nearly invisble the internet will be upgraded to the externet in which every computer will be integrated into 1 network moon will be colonised by then the amount of helium 3 on the moon will pave the way for the first scout ship to colonise mars while building and setting up data relays all around mars so commuication is established with out interference houses will most likelybe upgraded with thumbprint locks and voice activated appliances pets and animals will most likely have behavourial implants possible communication technology will become so advanced will be able to understand what pets say including babies all i can tell you is its gonna be a great place to live unlike today in 50 years humans will have the power technology and understanding to build fusion reactors no need for uranium possible humans will create enough anti matter and unlock all its secrets its possible will travel to stars in 100 years after shields and cloaking devies will proberly be built governments might change entirely so Law and Order maybe unlike today if science and technology continues to evolve well after 50 years the human race will reach for the stars contact aliens even colonise other worlds so if u want all this to happen its down to scientists governments of today to make the changes
