To change the phrase under your avatar's name, you need to press the friend list, then at the bottom of the friends there is a button that says guild list with a little shield then put the mouse over your avatar's name and click the button that has a picture of the shield with a minis signe. that should have you out of the guild, you have to be atleat level 17 adventurer to make a new phrase. (guild) keep looking for coins to level up. if you are on level 17 or higher, then you stay under guild list and type the new phrase in the little box at the bottom then wait for it to be approved.

The easiest way that I know of is to click on that friend in your friend list. Once you get to their page, it should say "block" for one of the options in the box under their picture, along with message and add.
