Possibly. Unless you can prove that the phone's malfunction was the cause and not your own actions, you will be liable for anything that the phone does.
yes

No, I have not experienced the consequences of having my private photos or messages leaked online.
If the grounds of the school are suitable, like by having lots of trees, squirrels could live there.
having fun
Seriously? In sickness and in health....What a person does can be grounds for divorce but not the sickness alone. Can you imagine someone having grounds for divorce because their spouse had cancer epilepsy or Alzheimer's?
It might be considered harassment but that does not mean it is illegal. The content of the messages is what determines if a person is truly being harassed and/or bullied. If the comments are threatening or demeaning in nature the person receiving them might considering involving the authorities. There are methods that can be used to block calls and texts as well as emails. Regardless of the steps one chooses to take in such matters he or she should keep copies of all such messages received no matter their content. In addition, the person who believes they are being harassed should not reply to the messages after having informed the sender to cease contact.

If they are just having fun playing around in the yard, I wouldn't think so.
Sexual harassment is prolonged, unwelcome, physical or non-physical (written or verbal) persistent contact by another person (of either sex). In short, if a person is told to stop their advances, and the person committing these actions does not stop - then they can be charged with sexual harassment. Different countries have various laws relating to the exact definition of sexual harassment. Some countries only consider physical contact as harassment. If the contact is consensual, there is usually no case for a harassment case.
It is not possible without having his phone to go through. The messages themselves are not displayed on the online account or anywhere else.
