Yes, of course it can. You have to download SKYPE from the App store and then you have to log in.
Yes you can. The Same way as Computer-Computer or iPod-iPod!
You use the cord that came with your iPod and connect the cord to your iPod and computer
u need a computer. first download skype on your ipod. make an skype account on your ipod and a different one on your computer and video skype yourself. download manycam, and film yourself over skype through manycam. use that as your chatroulette webcam. i had the same problem. ENJOY!
All you need to connect your ipod to the computer is your ipod cable
USB is the connector you use to connect iPod or other device to a computer. then it means connect your iPod to your computer using USB
You need an USB cord to connect it. When you have that done, you will need the Ipod modem and program on the computer. Then, connect and drag the videos from the Ipod into the computer.
Usually when you connect your ipod to your computer it will sync with iTunes installed on your computer and it'd do the same for your new iPod.
for sure i do it all the time
If you have downloaded new apps on your iPod which are not on your computer, connect your iPod to the computer with the cable supplied at purchase and allow it to sync.
Connect it To your computer on iTunes
Use the cable that came with the iPod Touch to connect it to the computer, and the iPod must be on for it to charge.
Yeah, I just found out anyways. I'm answering my own question. You need the skype app on your iPod. You need to make the call from there, or answer the call from your iPod. (Assuming the iPod has a camera on it) Then, you can type freely on the computer version of Skype while your iPod acts as a webcam for those who are too cheap to buy a separate one XD
