If "test question" means something posted to experiment with Answers.com: Yes, but please contact us afterward, so that we can delete it when you are done testing. (See the discussion for how to contact us.)

If "test question" means a question on an exam: There's nothing really stopping you. As long as it's appropriate to be asked in such a format, you can ask pretty much anything. However, asking it somehow during the test would be unethical. It's called cheating if you do that. Also, I wouldn't count on it being answered before you're done taking the test. If it is an open-book, take-home test, then no problem.

If "test question" means a copyrighted question from an official standardized test, then no... that would be plagiarism.
