Yes, but check to make sure it'll work. Some phones will & some won't.
it depends on the serves you try to switch it to
You may want to make a list of cell phone carriers you know first, such as the ones you are currently with, to compare them together. If you want non-contract phone service, Metro PCS is a good start. You can compare their plans with Verizon, ATT, and T-Mobile on the spot. You can view them here: http://www.metropcs.com/metro/static/compare4g-plans.jsp .
It is up to you. A contract means you can get the phone for free, and get a new one when the contract renews. Non contract is when you have to buy the phone up front and put a PAYG sim in it
Well lets look at the factors here. Metro PCS does have unlimited everything for the max of $60 a month. Although, there are some consequences for paying so cheap for a plan. 1) If you want a smart phone, be ready to pay $200+ for it & the first months payment before you walk out the door. Another downfall is if you have a smartphone you probably use the internet & apps a lot, but with Metropcs their data comes and goes as it pleases. The more you use your data the slower it gets then eventually goes away for awhile then pops back up which is very annoying. And since Metro's towers aren't everywhere like AT&T, you have poor signal in many places, which is a little scary if you get stranded, and your phone doesn't have a signal or Data. Yes AT&T is more expensive, you are looking to pay $100+ a month for a plan if you want a Smartphone. With AT&T you are paying for quality, and reliability. You won't loose data, you won't loose signal...BUT there are credit checks that kinda suck, unlike Metro PCS which doesn't have credit checks. Although there are ways around it, you can get a friend or family member that has great credit to buy the phones for you! Its really easy. If you aren't looking for top speed, and great signal, then for for Metro PCS. But if you want fastest speed, great coverage, and able to use your apps at anytime then go with AT&T. (i have had Metro PCS since 2003, it worked great with non-smart phones, but with smart phones it really just didn't cut it. My work revolves around my phone, so I need something that is reliable. So me & my husband switched to AT&T & bought us Iphone 3gs's for a wapping $2.98, and you do NOT have to pay your first months bill upfront! I hope I helped you decide!)
The only way to assure that you can buy an authentic, non-black market handbag by Ninewest is to order from the company directly. You can do this by phone or via the internet.

Sure, I bought a LG VU the other day and didn't sign a contract. As long as you have a working phone number on a GSM system the phone you buy will work. T-mobil and ATT phones will cross. You do want to make sure the phone is GSM and unlocked. You will pay more for the non contract phone. Th eLG VU is $49.00 with and $249.00 without.
A non-metro area, also known as a non-metropolitan area, refers to regions outside major metropolitan centers, typically characterized by lower population density and less urban development. These areas often encompass rural communities, small towns, and agricultural landscapes. Non-metro regions may lack the amenities and infrastructure found in cities, but they often offer a slower pace of life and a closer connection to nature.
Nonmetro are those counties in a market not part of the metro, but included as part of the DMA or TSA. Non-Metro counties are surveyed only in the Spring and Fall surveys.
