You call the number but then there are MANY hoops you must jump through such as Notarized letters, photo copies of the back of the phone, valid ID, then a 30 day waiting period. I bought my phone for my child and have large concerns currently and it was easier to just take the phone then jump through their hoops - I guess child safety is not a priority to them.
