Once you locate that it would be easiest to just type "instagram" into the search bar. It should come up, if it will not download its possible that the app is not compatible with your device, though it works on most androids I have noticed a few people that have problems with installing it.
Google Chrome Portable is a version of the Google Chrome web browser designed to be run from a portable storage device, such as a USB drive, without needing to be installed on a computer. This allows users to carry their browser settings, bookmarks, and extensions with them and use Chrome on any compatible device. It’s particularly useful for maintaining a consistent browsing experience across different machines while keeping personal data secure. Portable versions typically do not leave traces on the host computer after use.

Android based phones are the only mobile platforms which support a rudimentary version of Chrome as far as I'm aware, and that version comes with the device. i doubt there will be a fully fledged desktop Internet Browser on a phone, ipod or whatever for at least a few more years, although Mozilla are working on a pretty cool version of Firefox for Nokia, Android and Blackberry.
The Google Play Store will automatically sync all your apps for you when you first set up a new device. Simply download the apps you want on one device, then sign in to the same account you used to download the apps on the other device. The setup will then prompt you to restore your apps.
