Keep in mind that archos firmware is not stock, so it will take awhile before it gets onto the 101 similar to phones with sense and motoblur. Although the above paragraph describes the "official" side of the update situation, but the underground Android development and modding community has ported Android 3.0 Honeycomb on Archos 101 tablet. The port isn't complete yet as Google hasn't released the official SDK, but based on system dump image, it's a pretty workable build.
