With this being the case should they have installed it in my apartment, are they allowed to install an instrument which services the entire building (or at least I imagine it does - I don't know much about physics, but I'm in the highest apartment of the building, so I assume that's why they put it in my apartment) in my apartment (given that I should only be directly responsible for the things which I am paying rent for (i.e cooker, refrigerator etc). My suspicion is that re-routing the pressure gauge to somewhere else on the floor where they could access the gauge without ever having to bother me would have cost them a lot more in copper! Any thoughts or ideas?
