Answer:Not really. You can see a professional that can probably make you forget some things but this is dangerous. Don't do it unless it is completely urgent and life saving. Trying not to think about it won't help, just occupy your mind with something else. It will always pop back into your mind at some point, but over time the pain will soften until it is nothing but a memory that doesn't affect you.
