People can post what they want (within reason) however - the person who's information you're thinking of posting may be seriously ticked off with all the prank calls they'll likely receive ! Post at your peril !
Does Rival have a e-mail address or some way of getting in touch with them? The phone number does not work.
Yes , although process and email address varies with carrier. For example, if the cell phone is 212-555-1212, then if the phone ison ATT, the email address would be 2125551212@txt.att.net;on Verizon, it would be 2125551212@vtext.com;For other carriers, you will need to do some searching, or perhaps others can post the equivalent for the other cell phone providers.
address book, email address, social media account, credit card number
You can type in "Reverse Lookup" in your browser (or Google it), which will then take you to a web site that will allow you to type in the phone number, and then give you the name and address of who the number belongs to. Some of these sites also give you a list of the person's neighbors, as well as a map of the neighborhood, and directions to the house.

Actually, there are no free directories. There are some pay sites that allow you to enter you home address and then it finds your cell phone number for you.

In BSNL chennai website by mentioning the bsnl landline number we can find the address. For for BSNL mobile number is not possible by this way.
how are we supposed to know... i swear u some ppl on this site post some really stupid questions. WikiAnswers does not supply phone numbers for individuals.
No... There is no compulsion to have an email address just to buy a mobile phone. However - some services (such as Gmail) require an email address to operate the service form the phone.
After some looking, it would appear that there is no way to do this, as it would be an invasion of privacy if one could look up an address from just a phone number. This applies to residential numbers more than it does businesses, but it seems there is a block on all of this just to be safe.
I am not sure, if the number displayed is a valid call ID number, but Caller ID displays the phone number of the person who made the call to you including the area code and phone number. From this you an identify the person calling you. If you have a phone book system in the phone and you have saved phone numbers with names, some phones will display name of the person from the address book when the caller id matches the stored number. Some times the number displayed on caller ID is not a standard phone number. Some of these calls may be from a VOIP service or from some customer service call centers (internal on the service provider network) or when the caller ID is masked by the caller or caller's network service provider. - Neeraj Sharma
