A Sky receiver will receive and record all programmes that the subscription allows. If an HD box is being used with a subscription that doesn't allow HD programming to be received, the record function will be limited to SD only.

If you dont have sky there is no way to get a single channel, to get this you must go online or phone the official sky company. The channels will come with this pack. It is £10 a month. So what I am saying is if you want it then why not upgrade?
