yes... you go to nko.navy.mil log in, then you click on the learning tab, then click on ETJ ( electronic training jacket), it will automatically log you in and you must be on a government computer because your credentials cannot be verified on your home pc. once your on your ETJ your there will be tabs on the left that you could navigate through.
this only works your in the navy any other branch you have to locate your own service portal
