Yess you can ( but not through the itunes updates). if you are available for an upgrade, just go to the store and you can get the 16GB iPhone for $199, or the 32GB for $299. IF you are NOT available for an upgrade, each is $100 more expensive (16GB-$299 and 32GB-$399). Hope that helped! :)

well i dont think you can becuz the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS are not the same thing. Most of the time the upgrades are free.. so yeh u cant upgrade a iPHone 3G to iPhone 3GS cuz they are both different phones.
