obviously not. Att uses GSM technology while sprint uses CDMA.
No, currently Sprint is not offering any coupons for their Blackberry models. They usually offer coupons only for their newest released phones.
Yes a blackberry would work with boostmobile but it has to be Nextel due to that boostmobile sims are not Gsm ... boost could only use certain nextel phones . but has a blackberry 8330 under sprint network with out walkie talkie but its Great services. 3g internet and only 60$ a month. no roaming , reconection fee only state and local taxes.
Yes!What you'll have to do is buy the blackberry for the full price, no contracts. Then, depending where you live - you can buy a SIM card from the phone company of your choice (If you live in Canada, only Rogers offers SIM cards). When you buy it, they'll help you to set it up on Pay As You Go, or you can put it on your own plan - but unfortunately the Blackberry E-mail service wont work - but if you're looking to go on a plan, check in for the rates on Data - that way you can use the net on the phone.Right now I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100 and it's set up on PAYG - it's great. The only problem is that Data on PAYG is expensive if you're using facebook or MSN.Hope this helps!
only on a contract that offers bb services like bbm
Sprint data plan can be found on Sprint's official website. This is the only site which will help you with whatever plans you are looking for, and for the price you can afford.
Only if the AT&T BlackBerry device is SIM unlocked first. You also need to check if the BlackBerry data services are allowed where you will be using it as several countries in that region have recently blocked all BlackBerry data usage so you basically would only be able to make/receive calls and send/receive text messages
Yes, BlackBerry devices do require a BlackBerry data plan on Verizon. BlackBerry devices are a Smartphone and they require a BlackBerry data plan no matter what service provider you have. You cannot use them for talking and texting only without Internet or email.
Sprint and Verizon carry similar phones, though there are many differences in the services the two companies offer. Both carry the iphone5, but only Sprint has unlimited data. Verizon has more cell towers, which makes the signal more reliable.
The new Sprint phones aren't very reliable. Phone service stinks, plain and simple. I've recently bought a blackberry powered by sprint and the phone hangs up constantly on its own during a call, battery only lasts for about an hour and the quality of the calls are very poor. This blackberry costs about 80 bucks, let alone the contract.
If your carrier is ATT as the category suggests, then no! You can get a plan without data and put the SIM card into your BlackBerry. You can do this with any GSM phone. GSM carriers include ATT and T-mobile. If you use a CDMA phone (carriers such as Verizon and Sprint), then you would only be able to if the carrier allowed you to, which depends on the salesperson helping you switch to your unlocked BlackBerry. (Keep in mind, CDMA carriers usually do not allow other carrier's phones on their network anyway).
well when i got my blackberry my bbm was in instant messaging :) yeah its only on the blackberry already if your on contract, if your on pay as you go you need to get the data plan where you £5 a month or £20 for 6months:)
Yes, you can. If you only want to use the phone for calling and texting, then it would not be a problem, however, if you want to use data on the phone, then you would have to register the device for a Blackberry Data plan.
