That's considered mean, and it's likely to get you banned, but I'll tell you how:

• try to make sure you aren't friends with baybee lovers
• steal and destroy their things (teddies, bunnies, etc.)
• adopt them, then do something mean like throw them in a fire or something
• pretend to be a "wammy" and pick them up gently, then throw them down on their head.
• don't feed them anything
• say "HILLS" not "KILLS" since "kills" will be blocked
• try drowning them
• attack innocently (like a bee wanting to sting someone)
• if they try to harm you, say "missed" or "dodges" like the baybees do
• NEVER delete them, say "leave and come back" and expect them to leave, they will check your player card to make sure they can come back, instead, do it the other way around, but delete them before they come back.
• BECAREFUL! THIS WILL MAKE THE BAYBEE LOOK INNOCENT!!! IT IS LIKELY THEY WILL BE ADOPTED SOONER, AND GET OUT IF THEY START RUNNING AROUNG SCREAMING "WELP! WELP!"

Remember that you are being really mean, and it's likely to get you banned. IF YOU ARE A BAYBEE HATER AND IF YOU WANT TO KILL ALL OF THEM, I LOVE YOU MAN (not the romance kind)!
