The iphone 4 does have voice control. To activate it simply hold down the home button until you hear the tone.
Well now that the 4S is out, it is worth buying if you think 8gb is a pitiful amount of storage space on a phone, you like taking pictures, and you like a phone that will not crash every time you play Temple Run with iOS 5. P.S. Siri is also nice.
