Does Highster Mobile work

I ordered Highster Mobile this Tuesday and the url they sent me to install on the target phone did not work. I called customer service several times but never get a live person. I've texted the support dept. and four days later I'm still waiting for help. I thought that I had done my due diligence before I bought but looks like a rip off to me. I'll give them till noon today to make it work then I'll talk to my bank and start complaining elsewhere.

The Highster Mobile spyphone app works, although I've had it for a week and it doesn't send me ALL the "sent" text messages. It is only sending the "received" messages. Kinda defeats the purpose by listening to a one sided conversation. I have contacted the support team and they sent me a second link to try instead. Worked for an hour, then only sends the "sent" messages, and now we're back to square one where I am only receiving the "received" messages. Now the support team is asking that I try one more that involves creating 2 Gmail accounts and such. Not sure if I wanna go that route. Hope this helps!
