No, this phone is considered an UNLOCKED phone, but it wont work on your Verizon wireless account. I found out the hard way. It's a great phone!!!
YES Verizon wireless will work in Mexico but it also depends on the cellphone type because i'm not sure if really old cellphones will work. My mom moved to Mexico and its a prepaid phone and i worked just fine.
The HTC Thunder Bolt requires a data plan to work through Verizon Wireless.
The Verizon wireless coupon codes you find online sometimes work but usually do so for only a short period of time. I don't believe that American coupon codes will work in Canada as they have different plans. The best thing to do is call Verizon and ask!
No. The only Verizon Wireless phones that use SIM cards are Global Phones. SIM cards are only used for the GSM technology. Verizon Wireless runs off of the CDMA technology. So... if you switch the SIM card, the phone still won't work because it has nothing to do with the CDMA and that's what Verizon Wireless works off of. HOWEVER, you can activate a Verizon Wireless phone on an existing account by dialing *228 pressing SEND then choosing option 3.
Im not sure but i just bought one off eBay and I really hope it will work with Verizon. If not I just wasted money on a phone that i can not use ;(
No reason why not - the device should work with any phone.
From what I'm told, straight talk will be switching from Sprint to Verizon on this phone.
I just flashed a droid x2 back to verizon and activated it on reachout. So im guessing any verizon PRL will work with them.
