At the right dosage it might. But at first it doesn't seem to last very long for some. I average at 9 hrs a day on this medicine. Shire didn't do this study in adults that made them claim it's a twelve hour pill. It's also a different kind of drug than other stimulants. Works well on some, not on others. Studies have proven that it lasts anywhere from 9-13.5 hours. Vyvanse wont usually last as long if you snort it.
CORRECTION:
Vyvanse is biologically inactive until its first pass by the liver. It has a halflife of 12 hours, and should on average last nearly that long. Everyone is different so you won't know how long it takes you to metabolize it until you try it.
12 to 14 hours
The half life of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is about 12 hours give or take an hour. This means that one could potentially feel effects upwards of 13 hours.
Last Hours was created in 2003.
Vyvanse lasts 12 to 14 hours, so it will show up on a drug test... however if you are prescribed it then there should be no problem. Furthermore, it also depends on the type of drug test, and what the drug test is targeting; if the drug test is to test for steroid use, whether you have vyvanse in your system is irrelevant to the test.
Vyvanse usually exits the body through urine after being excreted by the kidneys with 48 hours. But, remains of the medication can be in your system for up to 2 weeks.
about 12 hours
Canon NB-4L should last 12 hours or longer.
no not really
Vyvanse is a new drug on the market which only recently got FDA approval. Up until the point where it gets FDA approval the drug cannot be sold and so no money is being made on it. That means that the initial research costs, which often times can be huge, need to be made back before the drug can drop in price. This is why often times drugs are more expensive when they are new and then you will see a gradual drop in price as the drug becomes older and the company starts to make a profit as opposed to paying research expenses.
