No not many of them do. But what you do get with most iPod touches is a cable to plug into your computer and you can charge it from there. If you want you can buy a mains charger in the shops for around £20. But be careful because all three 8gb, 16gb and the 32gb need a different charger. To charge the ipod touch up completely it will take around 6hrs.

The iPhone has a Lithium Ion rechargeable battery inside. A USB to 30 pin iPhone connector comes with the phone, which can be used to charge the iPhone through a powered USB port. The USB end of this cable also can be attached to a plug that comes with the iPhone so that the phone can be charged through a wall outlet also.

Note: with the iPhone 5 and onward "30 pin iPhone connector" should be replaced with "lightning connector"..
