Deleting all data on an iPhone 4 through a factory reset will remove personal data and settings, but it won't bypass restrictions set by a passcode or any activation lock. If the device is linked to an Apple ID with Find My iPhone enabled, you'll still need that Apple ID credentials to reactivate the phone. To fully remove restrictions, you'd need to know the passcode or Apple ID associated with the device.

Through iTunes
All I know is that they have network and data-usage restrictions stricter than ours. Their App Store also has extremely different terms which you can look up and translate. The real differences are from Chinese iPhone knockoffs like the Airphone 4.
. For my iPad once I install an app, delete it for some reason, and reinstall it, the app is free. I would think it would be the same for iPhones. Deleting the app will delete all the data, though.
No the data won't delete from the iPhone unless you reset everything
It doesn't send anywhere. That file permanently dissapears and all code from it is erased
Yes, you can fix a disabled iPhone without losing data by using recovery mode or third-party software designed for iOS device recovery. If you connect your iPhone to a computer with iTunes or Finder, you can attempt to restore it without erasing data. However, if the device is severely disabled (e.g., due to too many failed passcode attempts), you may ultimately need to reset it, risking data loss unless you have a backup. Always ensure you have a recent backup before attempting any fixes.
