Yes. Even with horrible credit, I was able to receive service with T-mobile. Just opt for the free phone with start up service and a plan that is good for you. You may need to pay a minimal deposit fee (as I did), but it will worth it to get back on track. A plan that has free nights and weekends is generally best. Good Luck!
