How can an 8 year old get an email account?

You are supposed to be 13 or older to have Facebook. Alot of people now days lie about their age but apparently they're developing this device that can identify your real age by photos and comments you make! I don't know if that's to scare you or something but kids below 13 are definitely not recommended to have Facebook. There's alot of exposing kids to stuff that's inappropriate for their age level! (you still can have FB if you 10 or up)

I think that you have to be 13/14 to make one though who's to say a kid can't just put in a different birthday. Facebook is harmless as long as they don't post last names, #', addresses, etc. If she wants one just make sure shes using it safely but don't be worried about it or in her business either regardless if she is 10 she is still a person who deserves privacy. (again just make sure everything is safe and she's not putting out personal info that could be dangerous)

say ur older than u are if you are 12 years old legaly you are not alowed to join facebook but if you use facebook responcibly you can use facebook at 12 years old
