You will find a personalize link with your photo on the left side @ the top of your skype hompage.
Just click on that and edit your data.
The above instructions pertain to YOUR OWN DATA, which is easy to edit. But the question was about CONTACTS, the people in your personal "phone book". As far as I know, there is no way to EDIT a contact in Skype. All you can do is ADD MORE to a contact entry (leaving bad information as-is) ...or DELETE it entirely, and then type it in all over again without making any mistakes. I'm wondering when Skype will figure out that this is unacceptable. If anybody knows otherwise... PLEASE HELP US!
Yes, it's very good,, as you can make calls on your laptop/computer to anyone in the world! (But of course you have to add them as a contact first!) You can edit your profile, and like your Skype status updates to Facebook! I would definitely recommend creating an account on Skype :)
Many do. Contact Skype via their online resource
no
I don't know((( Unfortunately, I don't
If someone is not on Skype and you are trying to add them through Skype this will not work. You would need to get them to register an account before trying to look them up and send them a contact request.
Anyone who is in your Contact's List!

Use SKYPE to delete unwanted contacts. On the left panel, click "CONTACTS." Click the name of the contact to delete. On the TOP MENU, under Contacts, click "Delete Contact." Click on "Remove Contact." Done
You can not make anonymous calls using Skype. A lot of the time you have to be on someones list to even be able to contact them on Skype.
