The above information is void for MetroPCS customers. I am a MetroPCS customer and just today I attempted to do this very thing. Upon speaking to a MetroPCS customer rep through the corporate number, I was told that MetroPCS offers no such feature or option to buy. That in order to do anything, I must make a legal complaint through my local law enforcement. I was also told that they do not release call records unless there is an order by a court. So you can't even provide call logs to the local law to get them to help with harassing phone calls. Pretty much, if you are a MetroPCS customer and getting harassing calls from someone, you are without course of action aside from changing your number.
yes because i text all the time on a metro phone and it is fun
There doesn't actually exist a way for you to preemptively block dirty text messages. You can however block numbers from texting you that have sent you dirty text messages.
Yes, you can. Metro is the same as any other phone company. You just have to google " tracking phone messagings and calls" and a bunch of websites should come up. Hope this Helps, (:
To block text messages but allow calls from a specific number, you can use your phone's blocking features. On most smartphones, go to the messaging app, find the contact you want to block, and look for an option to block messages while keeping their calls enabled. Alternatively, you can check your phone’s settings under "Block numbers" or "Do Not Disturb" to customize which contacts can call or text. Keep in mind that the exact steps may vary based on your device's operating system.

Text messages can be stored on the SIM card and/or on the phone, depending on the type of phone.

Text blocks can usually only be done by your cell provider. The message has to be blocked before it is sent out by your phone company. If your company sends it, you will be charged even if it is not displayed on your phone.
You can have text messages sent to you by somebody you know if they have a phone. Certain companies also have automatic text messages sent out to people who sign up to a subscription or other service! :]
No. Text messages cannot be read on the phone bill. However, by special requests, such as subpoenas, and the like, the phone company will release the contents of text messages (under certain circumstances).Added: The number to which the text message was sent will be noted however.
