I think most of them hide everything except the default picture and about me so you would just need a hide code for the About me if you don't want to show that part. There a couple that hide everything except the about me, so you could always add your picture into your about me section and not put any text in there and it would be the same as what you are looking for.
Save it and then upload it as your profile picture.

Tagged does not have an area for custom CSS. (which is what a myspace layout code is) On Tagged you have to choose from one of their templates or you can make your own style with background and colors. There is one site though where they have tagged layouts and offer step by step instructions on how to add a layout to your profile. http://www.profilebrand.com/tagged-layouts/
To add a layout to a band profile, you need to copy the code and paste into the Bio section. Be sure to use "Safe Mode" editing when editing a band profile. # Click "Safe Mode" # Click "Edit" under the BIO section. # Paste the desired layout code and click "Preview" (you will only see text since it's 'safe mode') # Click "Submit" # View your profile to make sure it turned out the way you want it.
