You can report them over on the BadDeal website.
(in the US) Sorry, you need stronger suspicion than just "thinking" somone is committing a criminal offense.
Where do I report a suspicion of Notary Fraud in AZ
2-20 years
Report them to your local welfare office. Be sure you are 100% aware of this person's situation before you do this----what may seem like dishonesty may not always be.
Is there a suspected fraudulent credit card error on your account?
If suspected fraud is detected on a credit card machine, the steps that should be taken include immediately contacting the credit card company to report the issue, notifying the bank that issued the card, and potentially contacting law enforcement to file a report. It is also important to secure the credit card machine and any related records to prevent further fraudulent activity.
Report it to your issuer
It would be theft or fraud.
It says on the IRS website that even though you don't have to let them know who you are it is helpful. http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/How-Do-You-Report-Suspected-Tax-Fraud-Activity%3F
It is fraud. You cannot 'edit' a will once the testator has signed it. And amendment or codicil can be filed to change parts of the will, but they have to be done by the testator, not the executor.
That is one of their duties.
