If you are using something with symbols and other alphabets available or supported, you can try looking through lists of such symbols to find a suitable one. For capital Rs, a Russian 'ya' - 'Я' - may be just as good and can be copy-pasted from here; for lowercase r's, there is almost nothing available.

There are backward letters in the Character Map, and there are third-party sites that simulate backward typing by creating ASCII compliant Unicode characters (not actually a reversed ASCII letter).

Most "mirror text" and "backwards text" sites just reverse the order of letters.

Backward characters should not be used on WikiAnswers. They could be interpreted as nonsense, and users could be warned or restricted.
