Or what you could do to make it more simple, just click the help button. It is likely that the answer will be there. But if you dont want to go to the trouble, Go to you're account, and there should be a button saying to Edit your Account or something of the sort. Then if you would like to add a profile picture, it is pretty self- explanatory. Hope this helps with your problem! :)

go to "Edit Channel", look to the left where it says "Channel Design", click on it. Then scroll down until you see "Upload Image" and it says "Browse" Click on Browse and then it will take you to "My Documents" Then select the photo and double click. It should then close the documents window and should take you back to YouTube. After it has loaded and to the right you see a sample of your profile, then click "Change preferences" or Submit, or whatever is at the bottom of the page.

If you have had a photo previously on there, then you may have to repeat the process several times in order to change.

You cannot post pictures on your Youtube channel unless it is a profile picture. Youtube is meant to be used for videos. Although, you can create a background page and draw something for it. Also, I have seen that Youtube Partners can get a banner on their channel and a picture on top of their videos. Photo formats are not supported by YouTube, thus you could not upload photos on to YouTube.

However, you may make the photos into photo video slideshow, then upload it onto YouTube.

To make photos video slideshow, you may use software such as Photo Flash Maker, Ultraslideshow Flash Creator, etc.

Go to "My Videos" in your account and go to edit on one of your videos. Then, go, scroll down, and you will see 3 thumbnails. (pictures) click on the one you want to show up when people see your video and click "Save Changes". :D
