Hi there you should find it under the rear of the drivers seat. Undo the wing nuts and remove the plate hence one battery.
If you are a female, makes sure you have pulled your pants down and squat/sit. If you are a male, undo your fly, and lift the toilet seat first.

Underneath the rear seat (virtually centre of the rear 2 foot wells) you'll you'll find 1* 10mm nuts either side of the centre arch = undo these and putting yours hands behind the seat give it a good hefty pull = seat will (eventually) come out.
Crawl under the rear of the car. Under the rear seat area, it will be on the vertical surface. You will need two wrenches to do this. There is a clip on one end, the nuts on the other. Undo the nuts, the clip then reverse the order. Good luck

It is underneath the carpet on the passenger side behind a metal plate. Peel back the carpet, undo four nuts and carefully pull the metal plate back. The transmission control unit is bolted to the back of the plate.
Its under the passenger seat, undo spring clips at front of seat and flip seat back.
A crescent wrench, wrenches or sockets, pliers or locking pliers.
I have same bike, 1. Take of rear seat with key. 2. look inside and you can actually see under the front one. 3. you can see that it has a metal latch holding it there. 4. you need to undo the metal latch, the screw will probably be quite tight but it will come of. 5. once undone, take the screw and metal latch out. 6. you should be able to take seat right out
