I believe MySpace 2.0 has a layout creator when you update to that version. That is very basic though and only gives you the ability to change the background, arrange pods and other things like that. However, if you can code HTML, MySpace gives you the ability to create a myspace page using an advanced HTML edit.
There are many different websites where one can find a myspace layout. A website that is notorious for free myspace layouts is PyZam. They create layouts that a user can use on a myspace page that will change the overall look of the myspace page. There are many other websites, such as Free Codes Source or Pimp My Profile, which can be found by typing these titles into google.
There's a lot of sites you can get to decorate your Myspace page. Just type in like Myspace Layouts, or Myspace Graphics, there's tons and tons of sites for it.
One can find Emo Myspace layouts online at MySpaceLayouts. MySpaceLayouts provides a wide selection of layouts for MySpace including Emo MySpace layouts.

This link will explain how to put in a Myspace 2.0 layout: http://profilerehab.com/help/how_to_use_myspace_20_layouts You can get a myspace layout at www.profilerehab.com or another layout site and then follow those directions.
Go to http://profilerehab.com/browse/myspace/simple_plain_layouts to see a bunch of plain layouts for myspace. There are instructions on the pages for how to put the layout into your profile.
You can use regular myspace layouts. Just paste the codes into the 'about me' section.
Its actually really easy to put a layout you want on your myspace page. * First of all you have to go to a website with myspace layouts (avoid sites with excessive pop-ups and bad designs) and click on whatever one you want. The best site IMO to get layouts is http://www.profilerehab.com * There should be a code somewhere on the layout in preview mode. * Copy the code then go to your myspace to edit profile and in the about me section paste the code. * Then hit save and preview your own profile and your layout should be there. Be sure you get the whole code or parts of the layout may not show up.

Unfortunately myspace 2.0 only works for regular profiles, you can read more about that here: http://profilerehab.com/help/why_cant_20_work_for_band_profile But you can find great layouts for Myspace 1.0. profilerehab.com has a lot of really good layouts and it has no pop-ups so that is a plus.
You can get good layouts (skins) at http://www.profilerehab.com This link gives details step by step on how to put a layout into your myspace account. http://profilerehab.com/help/how_to_apply_layouts
