Auto-fill is auto enabled in Chrome browser. You do not need to enable it manually.
You have to sync (autofill) on your computer.
You must connect the iPod with the computer you have already used before to download the music, if you autofill or sync it the music will be the same though you might want to check the autofill details by pressing on the iPod under Device and looking at details or whatever the name of it is by the autofill buttom
